§ 20-4. When water, electric and sewer bills delinquent; discontinuing service authorized.

Any and all bills for electric current, water or sewage collection and treatment furnished by the city which are not paid by the due date designated by the Clarksdale Public Utilities Commission shall be delinquent, and service to delinquent customers may be disconnected and discontinued in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated by the Clarksdale Public Utilities Commission.
