§ 20-2. Utilities commission to fix rates for electrical service and water service.

Latest version.

The rates to be charges by the city for electricity or electrical service, and for water or water service, shall be fixed from time to time by the Clarksdale Public Utilities Commission, by resolution or otherwise in accordance with Miss. Code Ann. § 21-27-11 et seq. (1972) as now or hereafter amended.
