§ 20-10. Installation, location of electric meters.

Latest version.

All electric meters installed in the city shall be installed under the direction of the Clarksdale Public Utilities Commission, and shall be placed in a manner as to be accessible at all times for examination or reading by any agent or employee of the city charged with the duty of inspecting or reading such meters. All meters shall be encased in a box, the size and construction of which shall be determined by the said Commission which shall be furnished to protect the meter from rain or other moisture.
