§ 14-125. Prohibitions; unlawful acts.

  • (a)

    Except as otherwise provided herein, it shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, possess for the purpose of sale, barter or distribute fireworks within the corporate limits of the city, or to allow or permit fireworks to be sold or distributed on his premises or premises under his control.

    (b)

    Except as provided herein, it shall be unlawful for any person to use fireworks within the city. It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or permit fireworks to be used or exploded on his premises or premises under his control. It shall be further unlawful for any person to throw any firework, whether said firework is burning or not, or to mishandle or misuse fireworks in any manner.
