§ 11-61. Rates established.

There shall be and is hereby established rates and charges to be paid by customers for the mosquito services to be provided by the city. Such rates or charges shall be based upon the actual cost of the provision of such services. Each residential, commercial or industrial customer who now or hereafter receives sewer services from the public utilities commission and/or the city shall be charged the sum of two dollars ($2.00) per month for mosquito services. These rates are based upon the contract by and between the city and Vector for mosquito services for the calendar year 1999, and take into account the agreement of the county board of supervisors to pay one-half (½) of the cost of mosquito services within the city directly to the city.
